Monday mornings we gather for a mental health movement time. We realize how important movement is to our outlook on life, so we will gather early in the morning and go out into God’s creation in order to get outside and breathe fresh air.

During heavy rain, we will walk inside the church at New Hope Church in Proctorville – check GroupMe and social media during questionable weather
